Papa Bolo isn’t bound to a single type of cuisine. Our approach to food is an exploration of flavors that pair well with our signature beers. We aim to open doors to what future brewery concepts can be in the Philippines.

Papa Bolo was born out of the desire to create a beer that was uniquely Tagaytay, using Pineapples harvested from local farms. From there, the obsession grew and gave birth to new brews that represent the vibrant community.
